Arnold Schwarzenegger

Strong supporter of the second amendment

Q: Where do you stand on gun control?
A: I am a strong supporter of the second amendment. The U.S. constitution allows for law-abiding citizens to own a firearm.

Support Brady Bill; assault weapon ban; safety locks

I [support the second amendment, but I] also believe that there are responsibilities that gun owners must follow in owning a firearm. I support the Brady bill, I support the current assault weapons ban and I believe that guns must have safety devices or be stored as to prevent accidental discharge.

Close the gun show loophole

Schwarzenegger supports the Brady Bill, which tightened gun control measures. "I would also like to close the loophole of the gun shows," Schwarzenegger said, referring to the fact that people can buy weapons at such exhibitions without a background check.

I'm for gun control; I'm a peace-loving guy

[The National Rifle Association] probably won't like Schwarzenegger either. In The Terminator Schwarzenegger goes into a gun store and picks out a "12-gauge auto loader, a .45 long slide, a phase plasma rifle and an Uzi 9 mm." (Then he kills the guy behind the counter.) But as Schwarzenegger began to think of himself as a potential political candidate, he became sensitive on the gun issue, telling one interviewer, "I'm for gun control. I'm a peace-loving guy."

Rosie Hippo

Rosie O'Donnell

Article by Nirvana Guy March07

From the woman who is anti-gun, anti-war, and anti-American

Rosie Unshaved

Here is how hypocrisy works under Rosie O'Donnell:

1. You attack lawful gun owners who want to protect their families from criminals. Then you have 2 FULLY ARMED security guards and 1 armed driver with you all the time. You live in gated communities who utilize armed security. Of course you will NOT care for the average guy or girl, who cannot defend him/herself from the rapist, the robber, the burglar who wnats to steal from you and kill your family... after raping your 5 year old daughter and wife in the process, of course. So Rosie is anti-gun, as long as she can have a cohort of armed guards around her, why should she give a crap about regular law-abiding Americans who want to protect their families?

2. Then you criticize the war in Iraq, says US troops are terrorists and then go on to say the US is the villain the world and we should give the benefit of the doubt to rogue nations like Iran, who vows to destroy Israel and kill every Jew in the planet. You demonize the troops, not the war. You are no different than Jane Fonda. Actually, you are worse than her, because at least Jane Fonda goes out to the enemy's camp and admits her hate for the United States. You just sit behind a chair, stuffs yourself with money and food, and spews hate, and pretends you "don't hate the US". Whatever.

3. Then you go out, buy toy guns for your adpoted child, gives her a belt full of bullets and dresses a CHILD as a Islamic militant... she is wearing a white cloth, like the suicide bombers do before they go out to markets and subways or playgrounds to kill children out of sheer hatred, like the ones we see on TV all the time killing innocent people in Iraq and in Israel/Palestine. How sick is that? Only a derranged person would be OK on dressing and photographing a child in something like that! It is your own kid.... how can you do such a degrading thing to you own kid?!

So you, Rosie, opposes guns, but gives your child guns to play with and hires ARMED security. Then critizes US troops fighting in Iraq and calls them terrorists and then you dress your child as a terrorist... as if it was ready to kill US troops?

Rosie O'Donnell Posts Photo, Video of 4-year-Old Daughter Dressed as Guerrilla Fighter With Bullet Bandolero

Tuesday, June 26, 2007

Unemployed gabfest queen Rosie O'Donnell, who last went to war with Elizabeth Hasselbeck only to retreat from her position on "The View," appears to have drafted a reinforcement in the form of waify 4-year-old Vivian Rose, better known as "Vivi."

Rosie posted a video and photo of her little soldier on her Web site Rosie.com on Tuesday, which drew immediate reaction -- some not so kind -- about the media transformation of her daughter from little princess to bullet-toting guerrilla fighter.

Sly Stallone

Article by John Anderson

What a hypocrite. Just another instance of the elite, "I need a gun but you don't crowd." What's even worse than Stallone being an anti-gun activist promoting Brady Campaign Fundraisers in Hollywood and getting a rare California CCW permit is that the permits are indeed rare.

Do you think that a regular joe like you or me would get one in California ? I don't think so.

This from Rifle Gear, "In early June of 2007, Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca was making headlines in the news because of his role in the sensational "Paris Hilton goes to jail" story that was all over the media. This incident started a flurry of allegations that Sheriff Baca gave special and preferential treatment to the stars and celebrities of Los Angeles County. In one article that was published on the web, it was alleged that Sheriff Baca had issued concealed carry weapons permits (CCW) to Hollywood stars such as Sylvester Stallone and Ben Affleck.
The rumor that Sylvester Stallone was issued a CCW permit struck my interest as I had recently been made aware that he had attended a Los Angeles event sponsored by the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence. The "Brady Bunch", as they are commonly referred to by gun-rights advocates, are one of the most well known organizations that are lobbying to take away our rights as lawful gun owners. I was also learning that Stallone had been quoted in the past saying some very anti-gun statements, even advocating door to door gun confiscations! I found all of this terribly hypocritical.

"Look at what's happening in America's inner-cities. If our hopeless legal system continues going the same liberal direction, there will be anarchy before long. We need one person in an influential position to stand up and tell the truth about gun control lobbies, the death penalty and that our criminal justice system basically stinks."Sylvester Stallone, interview in Cinefantastique magazine, June 1995

"until America, door to door, takes every handgun, this is what you're gonna have... It really is pathetic... We're livin' in the Dark Ages over there."Sylvester Stallone, March 28, 1998
"I know we use guns in films," but insisted the time has come "to be a little more accountable and realize that this is an escalating problem that’s eventually going to lead to, I think, urban warfare."Sylvester Stallone on Access Hollywood, June 8, 1998

"It [2nd Amendment] has to be stopped, and someone really has to go on the line, a certain dauntless political figure, and say, ‘It’s ending, it’s over, all bets are off. It’s not 200 years ago, we don’t need this anymore, and the rest of the world doesn’t have it. Why should we?"Sylvester Stallone on Access Hollywood, June 8, 1998

After writing a couple of letters to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and once being lied to by the Sheriff's Department he finally got the smoking gun he'd been looking for. It turns out according to records that Stallone applied for a CCW permit on September 29, 2004 and was issued a permit on November 30, 2004.
